OCBC Skyway – GBTB, SG

The spiral stairway consists of 128 steps each way up and down the two SuperTree (main columns structures). While the C-Shape walkway is supported by another 3 Super tree structures anchoring the platform firmly. Which is also accessible by the passenger lift. It stands at about 6 storey tall. You may choose to either take the lift up to the skyway or climb the stairway. If you were to take the stairway, you will get to marvel at the interior of the SuperTrees column as you get to see how the plants and flowers are planted and supported by the structures – as seen in the pictures above.

Up on the platform you get to see the entire landscape of the Gardens by the Bay – Bay South and its surroundings view in a 360 degree.

The above two picture taken shows the nearby Marina Bay Sands, one of the two conservatory domes – Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay as well as the Singapore Flyer which is located across the Marina Bay.

As you walk past the three middle columns supporting the skyway you can also notice the various plants grown vertically – like the orchids and ferns – which forms part of the SuperTree Grove.
