Hotel Review: Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview (Deluxe)

Did a New Year’s Eve stay at Four Points by Sheraton Singapore Riverview. This hotel uses to be called the Riverview hotel until the last year or so when they were re-branded.

This property is quite old considering it first opened in October 1985.

Deluxe Room

Stepping into the Deluxe room brings back the old nostalgia feel of hotels from the good old days. Given that this is a refurbished hotel property, it remains the old flavours of the room set up with half an octogonal shape side table with a patio for sitting.

While most of the room furnishings are updated with the flat screen TV having HDMI cable and side sockets with USB ports readily available for the latest gadgets. We tried playing Nintendo switch games via the HDMI cable and the Switch console.

In-room amenities

Hotel Facilities

The hotel has a small swimming pool and basic gym equipment and also offers a scenic view of the Stamford Canal (part of Singapore River). The hotel has its in-house microbrewery, a restaurant serving Chinese food as well as an international buffet line restaurant to cater for guests from around the world.
